We're going to be doing an exercise that lasts about 20 minutes. [[slnc 100]] During this time each of you will be asked to perform a set of actions.

Don't worry, the actions are really simple, and you definitely won't be asked to do anything difficult or dangerous.

We're going to start now.

Please can you all walk over near to where the green matt is, and stand in a small circle. facing each other.

I'm now going to ask you all to do some simple movements

Please can you raise both arms up to the sky, [[slnc 4000]] and stretch up,[[slnc 250]] until you're standing on tip toe.

Now take a deep breath in through your nose. [[slnc 250]] filling your lungs.
[[slnc 3000]]
... and breeth out through your mouth. [[slnc 250]] and come back down from tiptoe, onto your heels.

You can let your arms drop to your sides now.

ok everyone. Please shut your eyes.[[slnc 1000]] Lets all stand here for a moment, in darkness,[[slnc 250]] listening to the sounds around us.

Now... can you keep your eyes shut, [[slnc 100]] and very slowly [[slnc 100]] staying in the same spot [[slnc 100]] turn through 360 degrees.

Ok everyone, please take three medium steps backwards.[[slnc 4000]]

Now, slowly raise your arms up, until they are level with your shoulders, [[slnc 1000]] [[slnc 2000]]

Very slowly, with your arms out, turn around 360 degrees, on the same spot.[[slnc 500]]

Now, Keep holding your arms out, [[slnc 250]] and slowly turn around 180 degrees. until you are facing away from the centre of the circle.

Please Close your eyes[[slnc 1000]] and listen to everything going on around us.

Keep your eyes shut. We're going to do the arm stretching exercise, again.

On the count of three, We'd like you all to walk in an anticlockwise circle. three times.

We'd like you to go and get some snacks for everybody.[[slnc 850]]

Before you go, [[slnc 250]]ask the other four participants what they'd like. Maybe some crisps, or chocolate, or a drink.[[slnc 250]]Just something small.[[slnc 950]]

You can ask them for some money too, if you don't have enough.[[slnc 1050]]

We have a physical task for you to do. [[slnc 1000]]
In a moment we'd like you to get up, and start walking in a circle around participants 2. and 4. [[slnc 1000]]

You can choose the size of the circle you are making. [[slnc 250]]
I'm sure any spectators will move out of your way. [[slnc 1000]]
Please try and make the circle as round as possible. [[slnc 500]] Try not to let it turn into an oval .[[slnc 1000]]

If you have lots of energy, you can jog instead of walking. [[slnc 250]] Its up to you, but its important that you keep moving, marking a circle around the participants that are sitting down.[[slnc 1000]] You will be walking in a circle for up to ten minutes, so don't use up all your energy straight away.
